12-month agreement required + on-boarding fee (equivalent to 1.5x1st-months services; spread over 1st 3 billing cycles)
Service Level Agreement Window (SLAW): Mon. – Fri. 8:30 a.m – 6:30 p.m**^~
*Project T&M rate discounted from $125/hr to $100/hr (60-min base charge for onsite + $16.50 fee per arrival)
**Support windows and rates outside SLAW hours are negotiated with each Managed Services Agreement
~DISCOUNTED Holiday Rate of $200/hr w/1hr minimum per incident
