12-month agreement required + on-boarding fee (equivalent to 1.5x1st-month base services)
Service Level Agreement Window (SLAW): Mon. – Fri. 9 a.m – 5 p.m**^~

*Hourly rate discounted from $125/hr to $120/hr (30-min base charge for remote; 60-min base charge for onsite + $16.50 fee per arrival)

**After Hours rate of $175/hr for support starting before 9AM; continuing past/starting after 5PM

^Weekend rate of $200/hr w/1hr minimum per incident (support available from 11AM-3PM only)

~No Holiday Support Available; Next Business Day only
