*Hourly rate discounted from $125/hr to $115/hr (30-min base charge for remote; 60-min base charge for onsite + $16.50 fee per arrival)
**After Hours rate of $150/hr for support starting before 8:30AM; continuing past/starting after 5:30PM
^Weekend rate of $175/hr w/1hr minimum per incident (support available from 11AM-3PM only)
~Holiday Rate of $250/hr w/1hr minimum per incident
